1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rogtoto online betting and live casino platform, accessible at rogtoto.cam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Rogtoto is operated as an online betting and gaming service targeting players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform including registered members, visitors, and any other persons who interact with our services.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the Rogtoto website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at rogtoto.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by an eligible player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts as separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which Rogtoto confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager on qualifying games before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform for Malaysian players.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing and using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of21 years of age to register an Account and use the Rogtoto Platform. This age requirement is strictly enforced. Rogtoto reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify a Player's age, and will suspend or permanently close any Account found to be held by an individual under the age of 21. Any funds deposited into an underage account may be returned to the original payment source at Rogtoto's discretion, less any winings generated, which shall be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is available to players in jurisdictions where accessing online gambling services is not prohibited by law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction prior to registering. Rogtoto does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Rogtoto reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withold or reverse any bonus funds credited to those accounts. Deposited funds in duplicate accounts will be returned to the original payment method after verification.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You must ensure that all information provided is truthful and kept up to date at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Rogtoto will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify Rogtoto's support team immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

Rogtoto is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. KYC may require you to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as your Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and in certain cases a selfie holding your ID document. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

Your Rogtoto Account is strictly for your personal, recreational use only. You may not use the Platform on behalf of any third party, nor may you allow any other person to access or use your Account. Commercial exploitation of the Platform's services, including systematic betting strategies designed to exploit technical errors or promotional offers, is prohibited.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information at all times. Rogtoto reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and forfeit associated funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that false or misleading information has been provided.

5.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrect odds display or eroneous game outcome, Rogtoto reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the respective Player accounts. Winings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical error shall not be paid out.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Rogtoto supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Payment methods available for withdrawal may differ from those available for deposits and are subject to applicable verification requirements.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Rogtoto aims to process approved DuitNow and FPX withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. Crypto withdrawals are subject to prevailing blockchain confirmation times.

6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Only real-money deposited funds that have satisfied all applicable bonus conditions may be withdrawn. Rogtoto reserves the right to deduct Bonus Funds from your Balance prior to processing a withdrawal if wagering requirements have not been completed.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered on the Rogtoto Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion. These conditions, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering multipliers, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, are published at the point of offer and must be reviewed before acceptance.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of between 20x and 35x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 25x wagering requirement requires a total of RM2,500 in qualifying wagers to be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute100% while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Rogtoto employs automated and manual monitoring to detect promotional abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of sign-up bonuses through multiple accounts, structured betting patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and coordinated bonus farming. Where abuse is confirmed, Rogtoto reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winings, suspend the account, and recover funds advanced through fraudulent bonus activity.

7.4 Birthday & VIP Programme Bonuses

Birthday bonuses and VIP tier rewards are credited at Rogtoto's discretion based on account tier status at the time of the qualifying period. Tier is calculated based on cumulative net deposits and wagering activity. Rogtoto reserves the right to adjust VIP tier boundaries and reward values at any time with reasonable prior notice to affected players.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the Rogtoto sportsbook are subject to Rogtoto's acceptance at the displayed odds at the time of placement. Rogtoto reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without being required to provide a reason for doing so. In-play bets are subject to additional latency considerations and may be accepted or rejected based on the live state of the event at the time of processing.

8.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond48 hours from the original scheduled start time, pricing errors resulting from incorrect data feeds, and settlement of markets based on subsequently corrected or overturned official results.

8.3 Mix Parlay Rules

Mix Parlay bets — which are particularly popular among Malaysian football bettors following EPL and Liga Super Malaysia fixtures — combine multiple selections into a single ticket. If any single selection within a Mix Parlay is voided, that selection is treated as a non-runner and the parlay is recalculated on the remaining legs. Winings on Mix Parlay bets are calculated by multiplying all active selection odds together and applying the result to the stake amount.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Rogtoto Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any other activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
• Coluding with other players in live poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format
• Exploiting technical errors, vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to generate winings beyond those genuinely earned
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Rogtoto staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology

10. Responsible Gambling

Rogtoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. Gambling on the Rogtoto Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment and must not be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players at no cost through the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account. Limits take effect immediately upon setting.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once the limit is reached, further betting is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rogtoto Platform, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of Rogtoto or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content or software on the Platform without Rogtoto's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Rogtoto's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rogtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Rogtoto's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date of the claim, excluding Bonus Funds.

Rogtoto does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rogtoto holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rogtoto's licensing jurisdiction.

Players in Malaysia acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform on a voluntary basis and accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of such access under Malaysian law. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and Players are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel where required.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Rogtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Rogtoto will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Rogtoto Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
